    The Research of the Organic Matter Degradation and the Process Control in the SBR Process

    • 摘要: 根据SBR工艺反应过程特点和规律,首次提出了成分参数、过程参数和工艺参数3个概念,以便更深入地分析SBR工艺反应过程这些参数之间的关系,提出更好的过程控制策略,根据过程参数变化规律特征来判断成分参数的存在状态和数量,进而控制和调节反应过程的工艺参数.在所提出的这3个参数概念和现有研究文献基础上,系统总结了SBR工艺有机物降解过程中COD、DO、OPR、pH数值曲线变化,讨论了成分参数COD与过程参数DO、ORP、pH之间以及过程参数DO、ORP、pH相互间的相关性,探讨了利用DO、ORP、pH进行智能模糊控制的可能性,为SBR工艺的设计及其自动化控制提供理论基础.

       

      Abstract: The three concepts of composition parameter,process parameter and technological parameter were put forward for the first time according to the characteristics and rules of the reaction period in the SBR process in this article in order to analyse deeply the correlativity and relation among these parameters,put forword better process control strategies,estimate the existing state and quantity of the composition parameter according to the variety rule characteristics of the process parameter,control and regulate the technological parameter of the SBR process.Based on the three concepts of composition parameter,process parameter and technological parameter,and on the existing researches,the movable change of COD、DO、ORP and pH curve in the process of the organic pollutant degradation in the SBR process were summarized systematically.The relation between the composition parameter COD and the process parameter DO、ORP、pH and the relation among the process parameter DO、ORP、pH were discussed.The feasibility of making use of DO、ORP、pH to build a fuzzy control system was studied.The above-mentioned research provides theories of the design of the SBR process and its automation control.
