    Study on Biaxially Textured Ag Substrates and YBCO High Temperature Superconducting Thin Films

    • 摘要: 研究了110<100>双轴织构银基带的制备工艺,通过冷轧及再结晶退火得到了较强的110<100>织构的银基带.并且进行了银基带的合金强化研究,在纯银中掺入一定比例(l%,3%,5%)的铜以提高其机械强度,分析了银铜合金的织构状态.在100<100>,110<211>,012<100>3种织构的银基带上用准分子激光(PLD)方法沉积YBCO高温超导薄膜,并证实了110织构的银基带适合YBCO薄膜的外延生长.

       

      Abstract: The forming regularity and the processing technology of textured Ag tape possessing single component 110 orientation were studied. And a ll0 <100> textured silver tape was obtained by cold rolling and annealing. Superconducting YBCO films were made grown by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) on the 100 <100>, 110 <211> and 012 <100> textured silver substrates. In order to improve the strength of silver tapes, Cu was added in the silver substrates. The processing technology of textured Ag-Cu (1%, 3%, 5%Cu) tape possessing single component orientation was studied.
