    Impacts of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway on the Social and Economic Development of the Areas Along Cangzhou Section

    • 摘要: 针对京沪高速公路沧州段通车后产生的综合效益和影响进行评价,不仅局限于对运输效益的评价,而是采用不同方法,从定性、定量2个角度对周边地区社会环境的变化、土地利用功能和产业布局的调整,以及对社会经济产生的影响等方面进行探讨,最后给出了定量结果,该段高速公路运营期间时间节约效益约40亿元人民币,按照“有无对比法”计算的拉动效益至2020年达到62亿元人民币.

       

      Abstract: This study evaluates the comprehensive benefits and influence produced by Beijing-Shanghai expressway on the peripheral areas along Cangzhou section after its transportation service begin. This evaluation is not only restricted in the evaluation of transportation benefits, but adopts different methods, from the two angles of quantitative and qualitative analyses, to study the impacts of the expressway on the change of social environment, the land-use function, the adjustment of industrial layout and the social and economic development of the peripheral areas. Finally, it gives the quantitative results: the long time saving benefit of this section expressway can reach¥4 billion, and the driving benefit can reach ?6.2 billion by 2020 according to "with and without method".
