Abstract: Database is one of the main developing directions to computor application. Special-purpose databases have become important component parts in enterprises running and civil service administration owing to their high efficiency and safety. The way to research into and develope a special-purpose database system is discussed in accordance with connected properties and practical requirements. The method discussed cuts down the related time and labour cost.
