    Design for Multi-position Automatic Feeding Progressive Die of Easy-drawing Lids

    • 摘要: 为了解决新发明易拉盖的实际生产问题,并且应用多工位级进模这种高效率的冷冲压模具进行生产,设计制造了易拉盖级进模具.从易拉盖的成型工艺、材料的排样、模具结构、主要模具零件的设计等几方面介绍了易拉盖多工位级进模的设计和制造,通过使用双重导向形式,实现在国产冲床导向精度较低的情况下,能够达到零件的精度要求.并且对模具制造过程中精细零件的加工方法进行了讨论.对在多工位级进模中的落料和拉深复合模的退料问题提出了一种解决方法.

       

      Abstract: In order to produce the easy-drawing lids by the multi-position progressive die,an efficient cold impact die set the easy-drawing lids progressive die has been designed and manufactured. Its design and manufacturing process are introduced in this paper from the several aspects of the forming process,the stock layout,the die structure and the main die parts. On the condition of low guide precision of Chinese-built punching machine, the precision of the die parts can be reached by taking the way of double guiding. Besides,the processing method of precise parts during the die-making is also discussed. A solution is provided to solve the problem about the dropping of material in multi-position progressive die and the return of material in stretching compound die.
