    Mechanism of the Initiation,Propagation and Treatment of Aortic Dissection

    • 摘要: 为了探讨主动脉夹层的力学机理,对主动脉夹层形成、扩展和治疗的力学问题进行了分析和综述.分析了主动脉弓运动导致主动脉夹层的力学机制,提出了应力集中和疲劳损伤对主动脉夹层扩展的促进作用,介绍了采用旁路搭桥转流术治疗DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层的血流动力学仿真.

       

      Abstract: In order to investigate the mechanisms of aortic dissection,the mechanics of the initiation,propa- gation and treatment of aortic dissection were analyzed and reviewed.The mechanism of aortic dissection induced by the motion and deformation of aortic arch was analyzed.A novel viewpoint with the mechanism of stress concentration and fatigue failure contributed to the propagation of aortic dissection was proposed.The hemodynamics simulation of bypass grafting treatment for De Bakey Ⅲ aortic dissection was introduced
