    Working Principle of Are Welding Inverter Using Soft Switching Technique

    • 摘要: 软开关弧焊逆变电源在全桥拓朴的电源中应用零电压切换控制技术,可降低开关损耗,并改善器件的运行环境.本文主要对FB-ZVS-PWM变换器一个运行周期内每一时间间隔内工作状态的详细分析,并提出谐振回路的参数设计原则.

       

      Abstract: The are welding inverter using soft switching technique reduces switching losses and improves working environment of devices using Zero-Voltage-Transition (ZVT) technique. This paper analyzes every state in one cycle of the Full-Bridge Zero-Voltage-Swichhed PWM converter in detail and puts forward a parameter design regulation of resonant circuit.
