    滚动活塞压缩机双级压缩中间补气制冷/热泵系统的实验研究

    Experimental Study on Vapor Injection Refrigeration System With Two-stage Rolling Piston Compressor

    • 摘要: 通过对带补气的双级压缩制冷/热泵系统性能的分析计算,确定出制冷与制热工况下最佳高低压腔容积比的范围.依据计算结果设计出样机进行实验研究.结果表明:与单级压缩的系统比,带补气的双级压缩系统的制冷量提高5%~15%,制冷能效比(energy efficiency ratio,EER)提高10%~12%;0.5~3℃蒸发温度下制热量能达到额定工况制热量的92%~95%;双级压缩中间补气的系统能有效遏制超低温下制热量的衰减,-27.6~-26.1℃下的制热量为额定工况的58%.

       

      Abstract: An analysis model on the two-stage compression refrigeration/heat pump system with vapor injection system was set. The optimal volume ratio of high-pressure cylinder to low-pressure had been discussed under both cooling and heating conditions. On this basis, prototype was set up and experimental studies had been done. The results show that,compared with single-stage compression system,the cooling capacity and cooling EER(energy efficiency ratio) can increase 5%- 15% and 10%- 12%,respectively; the heating capacity with evaporating temperature ranging from 0.5 to 3℃ is 92%- 95% of that under the rated condition,and 58% of that under the rated condition when evaporation temperature is between- 27.6 and- 26.1℃.
