    New SMA Energy Dissipation Brace Systems

    • 摘要: 基于已有耗能支撑体系,提出了新型SMA耗能支撑体系,并对装有SMA耗能支撑体系的钢框架结构的动力特性进行了数值模拟。研究了SMA耗能支撑对减小结构顶层加速度、顶层最大位移、层间转角的作用,计算了SMA支撑的耗能作用和滞回特性.研究表明,SMA肘节式和剪刀型耗能支撑体系具有良好的耗能和减震作用,且安装简便.

       

      Abstract: This paper presents seismic energy dissipation systems in recent years, and introduces the new SMA energy dissipation braces. The control effects of a steel frame with these new energy dissipation system are analyzed with the finite element method. The results indicate that the top floor displacement, acceleration and internal rotation of the structures with the new SMA energy dissipation braces decrease obviously. The energy dissipation and hysteretic performance also are calculated. In conclusion, the new SMA energy dissipation braces, including SMA-toggle-brace and SMA-scissors-brace systems, have good seismic control effects, and can be installed easily.
