    某退役有机磷农药厂多层次异味污染特征分析

    Hierarchical Analysis of the Odor Pollution Characteristics in a Decommissioned Organophosphorus Pesticide Factory

    • 摘要: 为全面掌握有机磷农药厂多层次异味污染特征, 以某退役有机磷农药厂为研究对象, 感官评估不同区域及介质异味污染水平, 通过分析物质组分及含量比较异味物质组成特征, 计算累计异味贡献率确定关键致臭物质。结果表明: 各介质异味污染水平从高到低依次为: 生产一区、生产二区、办公区。对于环境空气, 该场地异味物质质量浓度(0.340 9 ~0.547 9 mg/m3)超出部分城区与工业区的总挥发性有机物(total votatile organic compounds, TVOCs)质量浓度, 物质组成以苯系物、卤代烃、硫化物以及含氧有机物为主, 生产区关键致臭物质为乙硫醇、三甲胺等物质, 办公区则为乙醛及二甲基二硫醚。对于土壤样品, 物质质量浓度均随土壤深度的增加而呈现先上升再下降的分布规律, 生产一区总异味物质质量比均最高(26.33~60.75 mg/kg), 其次为生产二区(22.17~49.08 mg/kg), 办公区最低(0.30~1.22 mg/kg), 生产区以苯系物以及卤代烃为主, 关键致臭物质为二甲基二硫醚、三甲胺、甲硫醇、正丁醛以及异丁醛等, 办公区以烷烃及含氮有机物为主, 关键致臭物质为正辛醛以及正戊醛等。

       

      Abstract: To comprehensively understand the characteristics of odor pollution in an organophosphorus pesticide factory, a retired pesticide factory was chosen as the research object. The odor pollution levels in different regions and media were sensory assessed, the composition characteristics of odorants were compared by analyzing the composition and concentration, and the key odorants were determined by calculating the cumulative odor contribution. Results show that the odor pollution levels of each medium from high to low are production area 1, production area 2, and office area. For the ambient air, the concentration of the total odorants (0.340 9-0.547 9 mg/m3) in the site exceeded the TVOCs concentration in some urban areas and industrial areas, and BTEX, halogenated hydrocarbons, sulfides and oxygenated organic matter are the main components. The key odorants in the production area were ethanethiol, trimethylamine, etc, while the office area were acetaldehyde and dimethyl disulphide. For soil samples, the odorant concentration increased first and then decreased with the increase of the soil layer. The concentration of total odorants in production area 1 was the highest (26.33-60.75 mg/kg), and production area 2 (22.17-49.08 mg/kg), and the office area was the lowest (0.3-1.22 mg/kg). The production area was dominated by BTEX and halogenated hydrocarbons, and the key odorants were dimethyl disulfide, trimethylamine, methylmercaptan, n-butyraldehyde and isobutyraldehyde, etc. The office area was dominated by alkanes and nitrogen-containing organic substances, and the key odorant substances were n-octanaldehyde and n-valeraldehyde, etc.
