    Effect of Different Pretreatment Methods on Disruption Rate of Excess Sludge

    • 摘要: 剩余污泥破解是提高其利用率的有效手段。本研究首先采用单因素试验法探究了四种预处理方式对污泥破解率的影响,然后对比了联合预处理的破解效果,确定了最佳的联合预处理方式,通过光学显微镜对比观察了破解前后剩余污泥的形貌变化,最后利用激光粒度分析仪测定了污泥的粒径变化。结果表明,超声波、热水解、表面活性剂以及复合酶四种单独预处理中,超声波预处理对污泥的破解效果最好,0.15W/mL能量密度以及10.0 min超声时间下,污泥破解率为18.1%;表面活性剂预处理对污泥破解的效果最差,60 mg/gTS添加量下,污泥破解率仅为8.5%。相较于单独预处理,表面活性剂联合超声波预处理表现出协同作用,污泥破解率提高了9.0%,污泥粒径减小了45.5%~67.9%。

       

      Abstract: The disruption of excess sludge is an effective means to improve its utilization rate. In this study, the effects of four pretreatment methods on sludge disruption rate were investigated by single factor test. Then the disruption effect of combined pretreatment was compared, and the best combined pretreatment method was determined. The morphological changes of excess sludge before and after disruption were observed by optical microscope. Finally, the change of sludge particle size was measured by laser particle size analyzer. The results showed that ultrasonic pretreatment had the best effect on sludge disruption among ultrasonic, thermal hydrolysis, surfactant and complex enzyme pretreatment. The sludge disruption rate was 18.1% under 0.15 W/mL energy density and 10.0 min ultrasonic time. The effect of surfactant pretreatment on sludge disruption was the worst, and the sludge disruption rate was only 8.5% at 60 mg/gTS addition. Compared with the single pretreatment, the surfactant combined with ultrasonic pretreatment showed a synergistic effect. The sludge disruption rate increased by 9.0 %, and the sludge particle size decreased by 45.5%~67.9%.
