    催化CO氧化的负载型Pt催化剂研究进展

    Research Progress of Supported Pt Catalyst for CO Oxidation

    • 摘要: CO是主要大气污染物之一.随着社会的不断发展,以钢铁行业为首的诸多领域,均会产生大量CO.CO毒性较大,严重危害人类的健康和发展,因此CO的治理迫在眉睫.目前催化氧化技术是去除CO的有效方法之一.用于CO催化氧化的催化剂主要分为贵金属催化剂和非贵金属催化剂,其中贵金属催化剂中,负载型Pt催化剂在CO催化氧化领域表现出优越的性能.对负载型Pt催化剂的研究进展进行了综述,根据催化剂载体种类的不同,对负载型Pt催化剂进行了分类;讨论了不同种类负载型Pt催化剂的特点;总结了负载型Pt催化剂CO氧化性能的影响因素;并对今后负载型Pt催化剂进一步研究方向进行了分析.

       

      Abstract: CO is one of the main air pollutants. With the continuous development of society, many fields led by the steel industry produce a large amount of CO. CO is very toxic, and seriouly harmful to human health and development, therefor the management of CO is imminent. Catalytic oxidation is one of the effective methods to remove CO. Catalysts used for CO oxidation are mainly divided into noble metal catalysts and non-noble metal catalysts. Among noble metal catalysts, supported Pt catalyst shows superior performance in CO oxidation field. In this paper, the research progress of supported Pt catalyst was reviewed, the supported Pt catalyst was classified according to different types of supports, and the characteristics of different supported Pt catalysts were discussed. The factors affecting the CO oxidation performance of supported Pt catalyst were summarized, and the future research direction of supported Pt catalyst was also analyzed.
