    助剂对生物法去除疏水性VOCs性能的影响

    Effect of Additives on the Removal of Hydrophobic VOCs by Biological Methods

    • 摘要: 目前,处理挥发性有机物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)的方法多种多样,主要包括物理法、化学法、生物法等多方面的技术. 在众多处理方法中生物法因其具有二次污染少等优点而被广泛关注. 但由于受到传质效率低等因素限制,生物法对疏水性VOCs的去除性能较差,助剂的添加和使用成为了解决方式之一. 综述了目前国内外在利用生物法去除疏水性VOCs过程中使用的多种助剂,以及助剂的加入对生物反应器各方面性能的影响,主要包括对降解效率、生物量以及压降、生物膜、矿化率等方面的影响. 可以了解到加入适量助剂对生物反应器去除疏水性VOCs的性能有积极影响,可以提高降解效率并在一定程度上减轻运行过程中的填料堵塞现象. 另外,目前针对添加助剂对VOCs降解机理影响的研究较少,因此,还对未来在应用生物法的过程中添加助剂的研究方向进行了展望.

       

      Abstract: At present, there are various methods to remove volatile organic compounds(VOCs), including physical, chemical and biological ones. Among treatment methods, biological method has been paid more attention because of its advantages of fewer by-products. However, the efficiency of biological method to remove hydrophobic pollutants is low due to the limitation of mass transfer and other factors, adding additives is one of the solutions. In this paper, the kinds of additives used in the process and the influence of additives on the performance of bioreactor were reviewed, including the effects on degradation efficiency, biomass, pressure drop, biofilm and mineralization rate. It can be concluded that the addition of additives has a positive effect on the performance of the bioreactor in removing VOCs, which can improve the degradation efficiency and reduce the packing material clogging in the process of operation to some extent. Additionally, there are few studies on the effect of additives on VOCs degradation mechanism; therefore, the future research direction of additives in bioreactor was prospected.
