    Degradation Characteristics of Ball Screw Pair Under the Influence of Time-varying Axial Force

    • 摘要: 滚珠丝杠副是数控机床机械传动的重要部件,机床切削参数的不断变化致使其承受的轴向负载具有动态时变的特性,进而其精度、预紧力、摩擦力矩等性能的衰退呈现出时变特性. 为了研究滚珠丝杠副在时变轴向加载工况下的性能变化规律,在建立时变受力模型的基础上,通过弹性赫兹理论推导建立了时变轴向力工况下双螺母滚珠丝杠副的时变受力模型、时变磨损模型、时变预紧力和摩擦力矩衰退模型,并且通过滚珠丝杠副精度保持性试验台用激光干涉仪测量序进轴向力加载与恒定轴向力加载工况下的滚珠丝杠磨损深度变化情况,与理论模型对比,由此验证滚珠丝杠副时变轴向力加载性能衰退模型的有效性与合理性. 论文的研究对于提升精密滚珠丝杠副的精度及其保持性具有理论意义.

       

      Abstract: Ball screw pair is an important part of NC machine tool mechanical transmission. Because of the continuous change of cutting parameters, the axial load has dynamic time-varying characteristics, and the decline of precision, preload force, and friction moment shows time-varying characteristics. Based on the time-varying force model, the time-varying force model, the time-varying wear model, the time-varying pre-tightening force and the friction moment decay model of the ball screw pair under the time-varying axial force condition were deduced by the elastic Hertz theory. Compared with the theoretical model, the wear depth of ball screw under the condition of sequential axial force loading and constant axial force loading was compared with that of the theoretical model. The validity and rationality of the decay model of time-varying axial force loading performance of ball screw pair were verified. The research is of great significance to improving the precision and retention of precision ball screw pair.
