    加劲肋对方钢管再生混凝土黏结性能的影响

    Influence of Stiffeners on Bond Behavior of Recycled Aggregate Concrete-filled Square Steel Tubes

    • 摘要: 为了解决方钢管再生混凝土界面黏结性能不足的问题,进行30个设置加劲肋或栓钉的方钢管再生混凝土推出试验.核心区混凝土采用2种水胶比和3种再生粗骨料取代率.通过试件的破坏形态、荷载-位移曲线和钢管应变,分析钢管内不同构造措施和混凝土类型对黏结性能的影响,并对水平加劲肋试件抗剪强度进行计算.结果表明:纵向加劲肋、水平加劲肋均能有效提高方钢管再生混凝土界面黏结强度、残余黏结强度和耗能能力;纵向加劲肋与水平加劲肋的复合构造改善效果最好,复合构造与2种构造简单叠加结果相比,黏结强度提高5.4%;栓钉构造仅增加初期黏结强度,对残余黏结强度影响不大;随着构造措施的加强,相比于高水胶比试件,低水胶比试件的黏结强度提高更多;再生粗骨料全取代的方钢管再生混凝土黏结性能不稳定;采用的水平加劲肋试件抗剪强度计算方法与试验结果相比偏于安全.

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of insufficient interfacial behavior of recycled concrete-filled square steel tubes (RCFSST), the pull-out test was carried out on 30 RCFSSTs with stiffeners or studs. The core concrete was prepared by using 2 kinds of water-binder ratios and 3 recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) replacement ratios. Through failure modes, load-slip curves, and steel tube strains, the influence of different inner constructions and concrete types on the interface bond behavior were analyzed, and shear strength of specimens with horizontal stiffeners was calculated. Results show that the vertical stiffener and horizontal stiffener can effectively improve the bond strength, residual bond strength, and energy dissipation capacity of RCFSSTs. The composite construction of vertical and horizontal stiffeners has the best improvement effect. The bond strength is 5.4% higher than that of the sum of the 2 constructions. The studs construction only increases the initial bond strength, however, has little effect on the residual bond strength. With the construction reinforced the bond strength of specimens with low water-binder ratio increases more than that of specimens with high water-binder ratio. The bond behavior of RCFSST with 100% RCA replacement ratio is unstable. Compared to the test results, the shear strength calculation of horizontal stiffener specimens in this paper is safer.
