    微电极在污水生物处理生物膜微观特性研究中的应用

    Application of Microelectrode in the Study of Microscopic Characteristics of Biofilm in Wastewater Biological Treatment

    • 摘要: 生物膜在工业废水和生活污水的生物处理工艺中有着广泛应用,对于生物膜的研究也逐渐成为热点和难点.微电极技术作为一种研究方法,因其测量精度高且响应时间快,成为研究生物膜内部物质传质与降解规律的重要手段.主要阐述微电极的分类与特点,测量微反应器的建立,分类介绍近年来微电极技术在生物膜研究中所发挥的作用.利用微电极直接穿刺测定指标变化是基础,对测定数据进行分析是认识生物膜的关键,将微电极技术与其他技术联合应用是未来微电极技术的应用趋势.

       

      Abstract: Biofilm is widely used in the biological treatment of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage.As a research method, microelectrode technology has become an important means to study the mass transfer and degradation of materials in biofilms due to its high measurement accuracy and fast response time.In this paper, the classification and characteristics of microelectrode, the establishment of measurement microreactor and the role of microelectrode technology of biofilm in recent years were described. The use of microelectrodes to directly measure the change of indicators is the basis. The analysis of the measured data is the key to understand the biofilm. The combined application of microelectrode technology and other technologies is the trend of the future microelectrode technology.
