    Electro-hydraulic Servo Pulsating Fatigue Test Loading System and Its Application

    • 摘要: 为了研究不同材料组成、不同结构形式的缩尺及足尺构件的疲劳力学性能,通过介绍500 kN电液伺服脉动疲劳试验加载系统的机械主体结构和基本功能、技术性能、控制器和控制软件,对电液伺服脉动疲劳试验加载系统的使用做出充分说明,采用多功能的电液伺服脉动疲劳试验加载系统对构件进行静载试验和动态试验,并通过对使用电液伺服脉动疲劳试验加载系统进行的典型静载试验和疲劳试验介绍,说明电液伺服脉动疲劳加载系统均符合静载试验和动载试验要求.

       

      Abstract: To study the fatigue mechanical properties of reduced scale and full-scale components with different materials and different structural forms, the mechanical structure, basic functions, technical performance, controller and control software of the 500 kN electro-hydraulic servo pulsating fatigue test loading system were introduced, and the application of the loading system was fully explained. The static load test and dynamic test of the components were carried out by using the dual-purpose electro-hydraulic servo pulsating fatigue test loading system, and typical static load test and fatigue test using electro-hydraulic servo pulsating fatigue test loading system were introduced. It is shown that the electro hydraulic servo pulsation fatigue loading system meets the requirements of static load test and dynamic load test.
