    基于渐开线蜗杆状珩磨轮近似模型的珩齿工艺齿面误差

    Tooth Surface Error in Gear Honing Based on an Approximate Model of Involute Worm Shaped Honing Wheel

    • 摘要: 在锥面包络圆柱蜗杆状珩磨轮(ZK型)珩齿加工中,通常采用直廓金刚石滚轮修整得到的蜗杆状珩磨轮代替渐开线蜗杆状珩磨轮进行珩齿加工,在原理上引入了误差.为研究原理误差大小及影响因素,运用空间啮合原理,对近似模型的珩齿加工过程进行建模,得出加工齿轮齿面模型法向误差.以具体参数蜗杆与齿轮为例,绘制加工齿轮齿面模型上不同位置处的法向误差分布图.分析了蜗杆状珩磨轮螺旋角(蜗杆直径、头数)与压力角对加工齿轮齿面模型法向误差的影响.结果表明:蜗杆状珩磨轮螺旋角越大,加工齿轮齿面模型法向误差越小;待加工压力角较小的齿轮,更适合用文中近似模型进行珩齿加工.研究结果验证了运用锥面包络圆柱蜗杆珩齿加工的可行性,对珩齿加工具有现实指导意义.

       

      Abstract: There is a principle error in the gear honing, when using worm shaped honing wheel dressed by straight profile diamond roller instead of involute worm shaped honing wheel to process gear. This principle error and influences were studied in this paper. The process of gear honing was modeled by using meshing theory to compare the model of gear honed with the standard model to get error of the model and mapped the error distribution of gear tooth surface. Finally, the influence in normal error of gear tooth surface caused by different helix angles (diameter and number of threads) and pressure angles of worm was analyzed. Results show that with the increase of helix angles in the worm wheel, the normal error of the gear tooth surface decreases. It is more accurate to use worm shaped honing wheel dressed by straight diamond roller instead of involute worm shaped honing wheel to hone gear when pressure angles is smaller on the gear. The feasibleness in gear honing with the milled helicoids worm shaped honing wheels was proved, and the research has practical meaning to gear honing.
