    基于附加刚度法的结构试验机减振试验研究

    Experimental Study on Shock Reduction of a Structural Testing Machine Based on Additional Stiffness Method

    • 摘要: 为了解决脆性试件试验产生的试验机与环境振动问题,对一种利用与试件并联的附加支撑改变受压试件系统整体刚度的试验机减振方法进行研究,完成不同支撑刚度的对比试验,研究表明附加刚度可以有效消除脆性试件破坏所引发的试验机振动,并且具有方便实施、经济实惠的优点.本文的研究工作可为开展脆性结构破坏试验和大型结构试验机的改造提供参考和借鉴.

       

      Abstract: To solve test machine and environmental vibration caused by brittle specimen test, a shock reduction method of using elastic supports paralleling with the test piece to adjust the stiffness of the overall specimen system was presented and serial of comparing tests with different additional supported stiffness were carried out in this paper. Results show that it can significantly reduce the shock and vibration caused by the damage of brittle specimens. This method is relatively easy to be implemented and the cost is low, and it can be used for implementation of brittle test and upgrading of large structure test machine.
