    Treatment of Leachate by CWPO With Modified ACF as Catalyst

    • 摘要: 以浓硝酸改性后的活性炭纤维为催化剂、H2O2为氧化剂进行了垃圾渗滤液原液的催化湿式过氧化氢氧化实验,研究了反应温度、氧化剂添加量、催化剂添加量和反应时间等单因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明:当反应温度为200℃,氧化剂浓度比c(COD):c(H2O2)=1.0:1.8,催化剂添加量为4 g/L,反应时间为120 min时,COD去除率最高,可达到88.95%.三维荧光光谱和紫外可见光谱表明,原液经催化湿式过氧化氢氧化后芳香性减弱,相对分子质量减少,腐殖化程度降低.

       

      Abstract: The effect on landfill leachate treatment was studied by catalytic wet peroxide oxidation (CWPO) with H2O2 as oxidant and activated carbon fiber modified by concentrated nitric acid as catalyst. The removal rate of COD reached 88.95% at the optimal condition when the reaction temperature was 200℃, equivalence ratio of H2O2 was 1.8, the catalyst concentration was 4 g/L, and the reaction time was 120 min. Meanwhile, the refractory organics in leachate was degradated effectively after the CWPO processing through the analysis of UV-vis spectra and 3DEEM.
