    基于机电阻抗与超声导波综合技术的复合材料板损伤定位

    Damage Location of Composite Plates Using Integrated Technology Based on Electromechanical Impedance and Ultrasonic Guided Waves

    • 摘要: 为了提高检测能力,将机电阻抗与超声导波技术相结合用于复合材料板中损伤检测和定位.基于机电阻抗技术的结构健康监测具有局部灵敏度高、无需模型分析等优点,在新型材料结构的在线监测领域具有独特的优势,例如飞机、航天器上大面积使用的复合材料结构等.超声导波技术具有检测效率高、检测范围广、检测速度快等优点,特别适合板状结构的健康监测.该机电阻抗与超声导波综合技术将机电阻抗技术的局部灵敏度高与超声导波检测技术的范围广的优点相结合.结果表明:局部均值成像算法和数据融合算法可用于复合材料板结构健康监测的数据处理和融合,实现了整个复合材料板中缺陷的定位及成像.

       

      Abstract: To improve the inspection ability, the integrated technology based on electromechanical impedance (EMI) and ultrasonic guided waves techniques was proposed for defect detection and localization in composite plate. Structural health monitoring technology based on EMI technology has the advantages of high local sensitivity, non-model analysis, etc. It has unique advantages in the field of on-line monitoring of new material structures, such as composite structures for aircraft and spacecraft. Ultrasonic guided waves monitoring technology has the advantages of high detection efficiency, wide detection range and fast detection speed. It is particularly suitable for health monitoring of plate-like structures. This integrated technology based on EMI and ultrasonic guided waves techniques combines the advantages of the local high sensitivity of EMI technology and wide detection range of ultrasonic guided waves technology. Results show that local averaged value imaging method and data fusion algorithm can be used for data processing and fusion of structural health monitoring of composite plate. The location and imaging of the defects in the whole composite plate are achieved.
