    齿轮数据接口标准及应用前景

    Gear Data Exchange Interface Standard and Application Prospect

    • 摘要: 为解决齿轮设计、制造、测量和在役等各个阶段的数据种类和格式繁杂、数据交互困难且缺少相应自动化系统的问题,提出了基于XML语言的可扩展齿轮描述语言(extensible gear describe language,XGDL),建立了齿轮全数据交互接口标准和规范,提供了可扩展的Schema文档系统和标准分发机制.并以齿轮描述语言为基础,按照齿轮全生命周期特点和分类结构层次,建立了具体的XML文件规范系统.在此基础上,开发了齿轮标准化数据格式交互接口,提供了数据生成、读取、转换和展示等基础服务应用程序接口(application program interface,API),最后以此构建齿轮标准化数据交互的整体解决方案,对提高齿轮行业协作效率和降低生产成本具有重要意义.

       

      Abstract: It is difficult to exchange data and lack the corresponding automation system. In order to solve the problem of data type and format of data, such as gear design, manufacturing, measurement and usage, the eXtensible Gear Describe Language (XGDL) was presented in this paper and an exchange interface standard of full gear data and its specification was established and an extensible schema document system and standard distribution mechanism was provided. According to the gear life cycle characteristics and classification structure level, a specific XML file specification system was establised based on the gear description language. On the basis of this, gear standardized data format exchange interface was developed, and the data generation, reading, conversion, display and other basic service APIs were provided. Finally, the overall solution of gear standardization data exchange was constructed, which is of great significance to improving the efficiency of gear industry and reducing the production cost.
