    基于超声层析成像技术的气/液两相流检测仿真

    Simulation of Gas/Liquid Two-phase Flow Detection Based on Ultrasonic Tomography

    • 摘要: 为了检测过程工业领域中气/液两相流的流动状态及组分分布,利用超声层析成像技术对气/液两相流进行仿真研究.考虑到传感器数量对图像重建质量影响较大,首先,对传感器数量进行了对比研究,传感器数量越多,图像重建质量越优;其次,利用线性反投影算法对不同流型进行了图像重建;然后,进一步引入自适应阈值滤波算法对原始重建结果进行二值化处理;最后,计算了阈值处理后的二值化图像与标准图像的相关系数.结果表明:线性反投影算法能有效对各种流型进行图像重建,而自适应阈值滤波算法能显著提高成像质量.

       

      Abstract: In order to detect the flow state and concentration distribution of gas/liquid two-phase flow in the process industry, ultrasonic tomography technique was used to simulate gas/liquid two-phase flow. Considering the influence of the number of sensors on the quality of image reconstruction, a contrastive study of sensors number was completed at first. Results show that the more the number of sensors, the better the quality of image reconstruction is. Then, the linear back projection (LBP) algorithm was used to reconstruct different flow patterns and the adaptive threshold filtering (ATF) algorithm was introduced to improve reconstruction images. Finally, the correlation coefficients between the binarized images and the standard images after threshold processing were calculated. Results show that LBP algorithm can effectively reconstruct the image of various flow patterns, and the ATF algorithm can significantly improve the imaging quality.
