    颞叶癫痫致痫灶DTI检测综述

    Review of Diffusion Tensor Imaging in Temporal Lobe Epilepsy Lesion Detection

    • 摘要: 首先介绍了弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)的基本概念,然后根据DTI及白质纤维束示踪(diffusion tensor tractography,DTT)技术在分析颞叶癫痫(temporal lobe epilepsy,TLE)患者DTI参数值及脑结构网络变化中的应用,概述了DTI在TLE结构方面包括脑结构网络的研究现状,最后介绍了DTI诊断TLE的发展趋势.

       

      Abstract: This article first introduced the basic concept of the diffusion tensor imaging(DTI), then the DTI and diffusion tensor tractography (DTT) technology applied to temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE) patients with the measured diffusion tensor parameters and abnormal connections were analyzed. Current structural study of TLE including the brain network with DTI were summarized. Finally trends of the TLE diagnosis with DTI was expected.
