    相变材料对风冷式冰箱冷藏室内温度波动的影响

    Effect of Phase Change Materials on the Temperature Fluctuation of Fresh-food Compartment in the Air Cooled Refrigerator

    • 摘要: 为了解决冰箱冷藏室温度波动较大的问题,为食品提供更好的储藏环境,提出在冷藏室应用相变蓄冷材料的方法,通过延缓冷藏室的温度变化,达到降低冷藏室的温度波动.在冰箱冷藏室内应用相变材料进行实验.结果显示:应用相变材料后,冰箱冷藏室的温度波动明显降低,波动幅度由原来的2.57℃降为1.00℃.应用相变材料可以降低冷藏室的温度波动,实现温度波动较小的目标.

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the temperature fluctuation of fresh-food compartment in refrigerator is very big, and to provide better storage environment for food, in the freezer with phase change storage materials, a method of delaying the change of temperature to reduce the temperature fluctuations was proposed in this paper. The phase change materials used in the fresh-food compartment in the refrigerator were tested. The results show that the temperature fluctuation of the cold storage room in refrigerator is obviously reduced after the application of phase change materials, and the range of fluctuation is reduced to 1.00 ℃ from the original 2.57 ℃. Application of phase change materials can reduce the temperature fluctuation of fresh-food compartment, and to achieve the goal of small temperature fluctuations.
