    Rheological Properties of SBS/HON Composite Modified Asphalt

    • 摘要: 为了研究SBS(styrene-butadiene-styrene)/HON(Honeywell TitanTM)复合改性沥青的流变性能,选取2种SBS和2种HON改性剂制备复合改性沥青,采用布氏旋转黏度计分析了复合改性沥青的黏温性能,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)、低温弯曲流变仪(BBR)分别评价复合改性沥青的高温及低温流变性能.结果表明:HON可有效改善沥青的黏温性能,降低施工温度,并可提高沥青的高温流变性能;SBS可明显改善沥青材料的高温流变性能,并可在一定程度上提高沥青材料的低温流变性能.

       

      Abstract: In order to study the rheological properties of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene)/HON (Honeywell TitanTM) modified asphalt, two kinds of SBS and HON were selected to prepare SBS/HON modified asphalt. The Brookfield viscometer was used to test the viscosity of composite modifiedasphalt at 135℃ and 165℃ respectively. The dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) and bending beam rheometer (BBR) were conducted to examine the high and low temperature rheological properties respectively. The results show that HON can effectively enhance the viscosity-temperature characteristics and high temperature rheological performance of composite modified asphalt. SBS can effectively improve the high temperature rheological performance, while enhance the low temperature rheological performance to a certain degree.
