    土体冻胀试验系统的研制与应用

    Application and Development of Soil Frost Heave Test System

    • 摘要: 为了研究土体在不同环境下的冻胀特性,自主设计研制了土体冻胀试验系统.该系统模拟自然条件下路基土的工作状态,从温度荷载的加载方式、上覆荷载的加载方式、水分补给方式、侧向约束条件等方面严格控制试验环境.基于温度控制盘、滑动绝热装置的创新设计,在实验室内实现了对路基土冻胀过程的真实模拟,并实现了冻结过程中温度分布、上覆压力和冻胀变形的实时监测.最后,通过饱和粉质黏土冻胀试验的测试结果,验证了该系统的可靠性和有效性,明确了土体冻结过程中的温度分布特征和冻胀变形规律.

       

      Abstract: In order to study the frost heave characteristics of soil in the different condition, soil frost heave testing system was designed and developed. The frost heave test system is able to simulated working condition of subgrade under natural environment, which is control the test condition from loading mode of temperature and overburden, and moisture supply considered and lateral constraints. Based on innovative design of temperature control panel and sliding adiabatic devices, the real simulation on process of frost heave of subgrade soil was implemented in the laboratory. And the real-time monitoring of temperature distribution and overburden loading and frost heave in the freezing of soil was implemented. Finally, the saturated silty clay frost heave test results were shows, that the reliability and effectiveness of frost heave test system are verification. And the characteristic of temperature distribution and the rule of frost heave in the freezing of soil were verification.
