    基于超声组织定征技术的肿瘤热疗无创监测方法研究进展

    Research Progress of Noninvasive Monitoring Methods for Tumor Hyperthermia Based on Ultrasonic Tissue Characterization

    • 摘要: 为归纳总结近年来基于超声组织定征技术的肿瘤热消融无创监测方法,分别阐述了基于超声弹性成像技术和定量超声技术的肿瘤热疗监测方法,对每种方法的监测原理、实验设计、监测结果进行了总结,并讨论了每种方法的适用性和局限性.结果表明:由于受热疗监测的精度、成本、实时性等条件的限制,还没有一种方法能够直接应用到临床上.未来的研究应致力于提出一种能够同时实现术中监测和术后疗效评估、可与现有超声设备相结合、适用于临床的肿瘤热疗定量实时监测方法.

       

      Abstract: To summarize noninvasive monitoring methods for tumor ablation based on ultrasonic tissue characterization in recent years, a variety of monitoring methods for thermal ablation treatment were discussed based on ultrasonic elasticity imaging technology and quantitative ultrasound technology. The monitoring principle, experimental design and monitoring result were summarized, and the applicability and limitations of every method were discussed. Result shows that there are no methods that can be applied directly to the clinic because of the limitations of the precision, cost, property of the real time and other conditions. In the future, a method that can achieve intraoperative monitoring and postoperative efficacy evaluating should be put forward, combined with the existing ultrasound equipments and applied to clinic.
