    Aggregate Grading Composition Analysis Method Based on 3D Data

    • 摘要: 为了解决集料级配组成的自动分析问题,提出了一种基于结构光技术的集料级配三维检测方法.通过基于结构光的三维检测系统对集料扫描获取三维数据,并利用Matlab工具完成集料三维重构,重构后的三维图像使用中值滤波以及区域生长法实现集料颗粒的分割.集料体积采用微分法计算,利用球当量径计算集料粒径,然后得出集料各粒径百分比.最后,对集料级配结果与筛分结果做了比较,结果表明:检测结果误差小于5%,级配曲线与筛分所得的级配曲线非常吻合,验证了基于结构光法实现集料级配检测的有效性和可行性.

       

      Abstract: To address the automatic analysis issue of the aggregate grading composition, a kind of tridimensional testing method based on the structured light was presented in the paper. The 3D data of the aggregates were obtained by scanning the aggregates using the 3d monitoring system based on the structured light vision, and used the Matlab tool to reconstruct the three-dimensional surfaces of the aggregates, after that the 3d aggregates particles were segmented using the median filtering and region growing method. the aggregate volume was calculated by the differential method, and the aggregate particle size was determined by the equivalent sphere diameter, then obtained the percentage of aggregates devoted to different sieve size. At last the aggregate gradation results obtained using the proposed method was compared with the sieving method, the results showed that the measurement error was less than 5%, and the gradation curve matched very well with the sieving gradation curve which verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the system.
