    激光功率对多壁碳纳米管形貌和连接的影响

    Effects of Laser Power on Nano-welding and Morphology Changes of Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes

    • 摘要: 为了研究了多壁碳纳米管的连接和表面形貌变化,利用1064nm光纤激光辐照多壁碳纳米管对其进行连接,并通过扫描电镜观测其连接现象. 通过改变激光功率密度和辐照时间,研究其对碳纳米管的连接效果及其表面形貌改变. 结果表明:激光功率密度对多壁碳纳米管的表面形貌和连接质量均有影响;当激光总功率密度约为90W/cm 2时,可观测到碳纳米管的连接;由于热累积效应,当激光总功率密度较高时,激光诱导孔洞结构和纳米粒子在碳纳米管的壁管上大量出现,碳纳米管的长径比也严重下降,这对碳纳米管的应用极其不利.

       

      Abstract: In this study, the nanoscale welding and morphology changes of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were focused experimentally. After 1064nm fiber laser irradiation, MWCNTs can be welded together, which was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Effects of laser power density and irradiation time on the welding and morphology changes of MWCNTs were investigated. Experiments show that nanoscale welding is achieved at a total power density of 90W/cm 2. Due to the thermal accumulation, holes and na-noparticles are induced during higher total power density irradiation and aspects ratios of MWCNTs are strongly reduced.
