    多电极耦合电弧形态研究

    Study on Behavior of Multi-electrode Coupled Arc

    • 摘要: 以数据采集卡和高速摄像机为硬件基础搭建多电极耦合电弧试验测试系统,对焊接电弧电信号和电弧图像进行同步采集,实现了对多电极耦合电弧的检测与分析.利用本系统详细分析了多电极耦合电弧的电弧行为,电弧在磁场中相互作用致使电弧偏向阴极,产生阴极极区效应,导致多电极耦合电弧行为发生变化.阴极极区效应在DE-GMAW焊工艺中促使旁路电弧偏移而降低了电弧的稳定性,但在arcing-wire GTAW焊工艺中提高了电弧稳定性,阴极极区效应改变交叉耦合电弧主电弧的行为,主电弧的电弧力可促使熔滴过渡.

       

      Abstract: The multi-electrode arc test system was established with the data acquired by card and high speed camera. Its function was acquired by the welding arc electronic signals and high-speed image synchronously. With this system,an analysis of the behavior of the multi-electrode arc was conducted.The changes in the arc behavior were due to the change of electric field strength which was in the cathode polar region( polarity effect). The experiment results show that the polarity effect can reduce the stability of the DE-GMAW and promote the stability of the arcing-wire GTAW. The fact that the behavior of the cross arc changes is beneficial to metal transfer.
