    Thin-film Random Lasers With Plasmonic Feedback(Invited Paper)

    • 摘要: 综述了基于等离激元反馈的随机激光器设计思路,重点总结了薄膜随机激光器的特性,如基于金纳米岛和银纳米线网络2种无序结构的二维、三维等离激元反馈型薄膜随机激光器件.金属局域表面等离激元共振峰与荧光材料发射峰的重合是该类器件低阈值、高效率和可调谐的设计关键.

       

      Abstract: This review summarizes random lasers with plasmonic feedback, especially the characteristics of thin-film random lasers, such as two and three-dimensional plasomnic feedback random lasers based onthe gold nano-island and the silver nanowire structures. The overlap between the plasmonic resonance of the metal nanostructures and the photoluminescence spectra of the gain materials are the key essentials for the low threshold, high slope efficiency and tunability of the random laser.
