    System Composition and Biological Application of Suspension Array(Invited Paper)

    • 摘要: 悬浮芯片技术是基于荧光编码微球、激光检测、流式细胞技术、数据分析系统于一体的高通量生物芯片检测平台,能同时检测多达100甚至500种不同的蛋白质、多肽、DNA或RNA等目标分析物.该技术具有重复性好、灵敏度高、特异性强、操作简单等优点.介绍了悬浮芯片技术的原理、系统构成及生物学应用,并与其他常规蛋白及核酸检测技术进行比较,从而使其更加广泛服务于基础科学和临床试验等方面的研究.

       

      Abstract: Luminex assay belongs to a high throughput biochip detecting platform, which is based on the combination of fluorescence-coded microspheres, laser test, flow cytometry and data analysis system. This technique enables simultaneous detection of as many as 100, even 500 kinds of different target molecules, including proteins, peptides, DNA and RNA. It is well accepted for the advantages, such as good reproducibility, high sensitivity, strong specificity and easy operation. The aim of the review is to summarize the mechanism of Luminex assay, system composition, various biological applications and comparison with other protein and nucleic acid testing techniques. Luminex assay will have broad prospects in the research of pure science and clinical trials.
