    不同构造措施对异形截面多腔体钢管混凝土柱的力学性能影响

    Mechanical Properties of Special-shaped Multi-cell CFST Columns With Different Construction Measures

    • 摘要: 为比较不同构造措施对异形截面多腔体钢管混凝土巨型柱的力学性能影响,进行了5个不同构造措施的八边形多腔体钢管混凝土巨型柱模型的有限元计算分析,对其抗震性能和应力变化进行了比较,分析了其性价比,评价了不同构造措施的合理性.分析结果表明:钢管中设置分腔板、竖向肋板以及在塑性铰域设置角钢的构造措施对异形截面钢管混凝土柱的抗震性能影响明显,而水平肋板的设置对其影响不明显;因设置分腔板、肋板等构造措施可提高巨型柱的抗震能力,其性价比合理,可在工程中应用.

       

      Abstract: In order to compare mechanical properties of special-shaped multi-cell concrete-filled steel tube( CFST) columns with different construction measures,five model specimens of octagonal specialshaped multi-cell CFST columns were analyzed by finite element analysis software Abaqus. On the basis of analysis,the seismic performance and stress variation of the five specimens were compared,and the analysis of their cost performance ratio and evaluation of the rationality of the different construction measures were also made. The analysis results show that the structural measures of setting cavity plates,vertical ribs and angle steels in steel pipes significantly affect seismic capacity of special-shaped multi-cell CFST columns,but that of setting horizontal ribs do not because the seismic performance of the giant columns can be improved by setting cavity plate,ribs,and so on,resulting in its reasonable cost performance ratio. It can be applied in actual engineering structures.
