    中国公路自然灾害易损性评价

    Vulnerability Assessment of Natural Disasters of Chinese Highway

    • 摘要: 为明确不同区域在公路自然灾害作用下的易损程度,基于GIS平台对我国各省级行政区的公路自然灾害易损性进行评价.该评价方法从公路自身属性、区域灾害管理能力和区域路产分布3方面分析公路自然灾害易损性的影响因素,建立包含区域公路抗灾能力指数、路网密度和单位面积路产的易损性评价指标体系,通过综合评价法建立易损性评价模型,依托GIS的空间叠加功能生成中国公路自然灾害易损性分级图.结果表明:中国公路自然灾害易损度为4.30,7.00,全国分为极严重易损、严重易损、中等易损和轻微易损4级,其中,极严重易损区为辽宁、浙江、陕西、重庆、湖北、云南、贵州、湖南和广东等省市.

       

      Abstract: In order to identify the vulnerability of different areas under highway natural disasters, vulnerability assessment of every province was managed based on GIS platform. The influencing factors of vulnerability were analyzed from highway attribute, regional disaster management capability and distribution of regional road property. The assessment indicator system, including regional highway anti-disaster index, road network density and road property of per-unit, was also built. The Chinese Highway Natural Disasters Vulnerability Grading Map was generated through comprehensive assessment method and GIS platform. The results show that the natural disasters vulnerability degree of Chinese highway is 4. 30 to 7. 0, and the whole county is divided into very vulnerable, vulnerable, moderate vulnerable and minor vulnerable, the very vulnerable areas are Liaoning, Zhejiang, Shaanxi, Chongqing, Hubei, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan and Guangdong.
