    基于控制断面水质达标的秃尾河流域总量控制

    Total Amount Control of Water Quality Standard at the Control Section in Tuwei River Basin

    • 摘要: 根据秃尾河流域水文、水质同步监测资料,构建了MIKE 11一维非稳态水环境数学模型,通过模型率定验证得到:河道糙率在0.016~0.023,氨氮降解系数为0.10/d0.24/d,COD降解系数为0.11/d0.24/d.为保证秃尾河重要控制断面水质达标,利用模型计算了不同枯水保证率条件下重要控制断面水质状况,提出了6套研究区域项目污染物总量控制方案.计算结果表明:氨氮区域总量控制值为38.33 t/a,COD区域总量控制值为102.2 t/a;满足远期区域水环境质量要求,计算得到氨氮区域总量控制值为43.80 t/a,COD区域总量控制值为131.4 t/a.

       

      Abstract: As the water pollution in Tuwei River basin getting worse,it was a great challenge to maintain the sustainable development both in economy and water environment in this basin. A MIKE 11 model was established by using the simultaneous monitoring data of hydrology and water quality. After being calibrated and validated,the results of the model showed that the bed roughness was from 0. 016 to0. 023,the degradation coefficient of ammonia nitrogen was from 0. 10 to 0. 24 per day,and the degradation coefficient of COD was from 0. 11 to 0. 24 per day. The water quality of the important control section in this basin was calculated by the model to reach the standard. Six schemes on the total pollutant control in the research area were made after calculation and it was indicated that the total amount control value of ammonia was 38. 33 t / a and COD was 102. 2 t / a. The value was changed to 43. 80 t / a(ammonia) and 131. 4 t/a(COD) to meet the water quality requirement in the long run.
