Abstract: The iodometric method for the determination of copper content in antifouling paints by normal pressure stepwise digestion is studied. The best experiment condition for reagents and samples is clarified. Experimental results show tha the method is simple and easy to handle, and the data brought about are both parallel and reasonable with satisfactory recovery.
