高速回转圆盘薄片刀具横向振动的控制
Transverse Vibration Control of High-rotating Disk Slice Blade

摘要: 针对圆盘薄片刀具的横向振动,根据流体动压润滑理论,研究了一种圆盘薄片刀具横向振动控制器,利用刀具的高速回转运动和横向振动形成流体压力膜,抑制刀具的横向振动.理论分析和实验测量结果表明,这种利用流体动压润滑原理工作的控制器可以有效地减少刀具横向振动的幅值,而流体压力膜抑制刀具横向振动的效果与控制器中楔形板的结构有关.Abstract: According to the theory of hydro-dynamic lubrication,and in view of transverse vibration of disk slice blade;a dynamic equation of high rotating disk slice blade system is established,which forms liquid press film by using high-rotating movement and transverse vibration,and restrains transverse vibration of the blade.High-rotating disk slice blade transverse vibration control and stability are studied by theory analysis and experiment.The result shows that liquid press film could effectively decrease swing value of blade trans- verse vibration,and the control effect of which correlates with the controller structure.
