摘要: 分析了禁左后交叉口通行能力与延误的变化规律,以各交叉口各进口道是否实施禁左交通管理为决策变量,以网络上车流总的行驶时间最小为目标,并期望通过禁左交通组织管理使得各路段与交叉口的饱和度在拥挤水平以下,建立了一定区域网络上交叉口禁左交通组织优化的双层规划模型,探讨了以遗传算法对该模型进行求解的方法.数值算例表明,通过该模型的优化可最终确定各交叉口禁左交通组织形式,可以为城市禁左交通管制提供科学依据.Abstract: Firstly variation rules of intersection capacity and vehicle delay in intersections after left-turning traffic control are analyzed.Then with the decision-making variables of whether each entrance lane of each intersection has left-turning traffic forbiddance and with the goal of minimizing the total travel time of network flows,the bi-level programming model for optimizing left-turning traffic forbiddance system of intersections within a certain areal network is constructed to make the saturation of roads and intersections under the congestion level.The method of using genetic algorithm for the model is discussed.A numerical example demonstrates that the left-turning traffic forbiddance form of each intersection can be determined by the optimization of this model,which can provide scientific foundations for urban left-turning traffic control and management.
