稀土掺杂钼的强韧化与电子发射性能研究

    A Study on the Mechanical and Thermionic Properties of Rare Earth Oxide-Doped Molybdenum

    • 摘要: 介绍了作者们近年来在稀土钼研究方面所取得的成果研究结果表明,稀土氧化物(La2O3,Y2O3)在强化钼的同时,对钼具有显著的韧化作用,即具有综合强韧化作用.稀土钼不仅是优良的结构材料,而且是优异的热阴极材料,有广泛的应用前景.

       

      Abstract: This paper describes systematically our recent researches and advances in rare earth-doped molybdenum. It is shown that no matter under the condition of room temperature, high temperatur or low-temperature, the strength, the embrittlement properties of the molybdenum and its thermionic emission, are greatly improved by the addition of La2O3. The rare earth oxides(La2O3, Y2O3) exhibit an comprenhensive strengthening and toughening effect on molybdenum, which gets the molybdenum toughened with more ductility and lower DBTT while the strength of molybdenum increases. Besides it is proved that rare each-doped molybdenum has better emission properties and lower operating temperature than W-ThO2. The mechanisms concerned are also discussed.
