    Application of ANSYS and MATLAB in the Visualization of Hemodynamics

    • 摘要: 为了阐述ANSYS和MATLAB在血流动力学数值仿真分析的数据处理及可视化中的应用问题,利用ANSYS和MATLAB对动脉血管的血流动力学进行了有限元分析及前后处理。结合ANSYS和MATLAB的特点,利用两种系统的内部功能和程序设计,分别对有限元网格划分和计算结果进行了可视化处理,显示了动脉血液流动计算模型的前后处理结果,给出的大量图形显示出流场中各个物理量的时空分布。利用可视化图形可以看出流场中感兴趣区域的速度、压力、壁面切应力的时空分布情况,为研究人员提供了形象的数据资料。

       

      Abstract: For the purpose of expatiating the application of ANSYS and MATLAB in the data processing and visualization of numerical simulation of hemodynamics,the finite element analysis and the preprocessing and postprocessing of hemodynamics of arterial vessels were accomplished with ANSYS and MATLAB.The internal functions and program designing of ANSYS and MATLAB according to their respective characteristics were used to make the visual processing on the finite element meshing and result showing.Some typical visual preprocessing and postprocessing results of calculation models of blood flow in arteries were obtained.The temporal-spatial distributions of physical variables in the flow field were displayed visually.The research results show that the temporal-spatial distributions of velocity,pressure and wall shear stresses in the interesting area of the flow field can be displayed visually to supply visual data for the vestigators.
