仿生表面形态对齿轮动力学性能的影响

    Dynamic Performance of Gear Surface With Bionic Micro-morphology

    • 摘要: 为了实现齿轮的参数化建模,在Pro/e中建立渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮轮齿模型,以工程仿生学和有限元理论为基础,运用MSC.Nastran对普通齿轮和仿生表面形态齿轮进行了瞬态频率响应分析,并通过激光雕刻技术将仿生表面形态加工在齿面上,进行实际的台架试验.试验和有限元模拟结果表明:在相同的内部激励作用下,普通齿轮和仿生表面形态齿轮的响应情况不同,其中仿生表面形态齿轮的形变量最小,可以有效地改善齿轮的动力学特性,提高齿轮的可靠性.

       

      Abstract: An involute spur gear tooth model is established by using the Pro/e software.Based on the engineering bionics and the finite element theory,the response of transient frequency of the gear with bionic surface micro-morphology and the ordinary gear are analyzed by the MSC.Nastran software.And the experiment between the ordinary gear and the gear with the bionic micro-morphology that is processed by laser graphic texturing technology is carried out.The results show that the deformation of the gear with bionic surface micro-morphology is smaller than that of the ordinary gear as the same internal stimulation is conducted.The dynamic performance and the reliability of the gear are improved by the bionic micro-morphology effectively.
