掺铬钨酸锌晶体的生长和激光实验

    Crystal Growth and Laser Action of ZnWO4:Cr3+

    • 摘要: 用直拉法生长出掺Cr2O3重量为0.005%,0.02%,0.05%光学质量的ZnWO4:Cr3+晶体,用YAG:Nd3+倍频产生的532nm激光激发晶体,观察到荧光发射,在加谐振腔的务件下,观察到输出光波形的变化,估算出系统的阀值约为38mJ.

       

      Abstract: Optical crystals ZnWO4:Cr3+ with doping levels of 0.005, 0.02, 0.05 wt. percent Cr2O3 had been grown with Czochralski method. Emission of these crystals was observed when they were excited by a 532nm laser beam emitted by a frequency doubling YAG: Nd3+. Change of the wave shape has been observed by the using of a resonator. The laser threshold of the system is about 38 mJ.
