液相沉积法制备TiO2薄膜及其对304不锈钢的光生阴极防护

    The Fabrication of TiO2 Thin Films by Liquid Phase Deposition Method and Their Application for Cathodic Protection for 304 Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 采用液相沉积的方法在304不锈钢基体上制备了纳米TiO2薄膜材料,采用XRD、SEM等手段研究了不同沉积时间、不同热处理工艺对薄膜微观结构的影响,采用IM6e工作站研究了薄膜材料的光电化学行为.研究表明,沉积时间为72 h、热处理温度为500℃时,TiO2薄膜具有均匀平整的微观形貌,薄膜主要由锐钛矿TiO2组成.经过热处理的薄膜材料在光照下于模拟海水电介质中均表现出了对304不锈钢的光生阴极防护作用.

       

      Abstract: The nanoscale TiO2 thin films have been successfully fabricated by liquid phase deposition(LPD) method.The microstructure,morphology,and phase composition were investigated through Scanning Electronic Microscopy(SEM) and X-ray Diffraction Patterns(XRD) method.The photoelectronchemical properties,such as polarization curves,variations of open-circuit potential function with time in presence and absence of simulated solar light(metal halogen lamp) were studied.The experimental results showed that anatase could be obtained after the deposited thin films being annealed at 500℃.The corrosion potential of the thin film shifted from 100 mV to-114 mV under illumination of simulated solar light.The changes of the open-circuit potential of the thin films decreased under illumination and increased in the dark.The mechanism of the cathodic protection of TiO2 nanoscale thin films for 304 stainless steel was studied in this paper.
