利用三次谐波驱动的腔内声光调制器换能器带宽的研究

摘要: 为了简化声光器件制作中的减薄工艺,本文提出了一种用三次谐波驱动器件的方法,对四种不同的膜系结构(锡、铟、锡-铟、银-铟-银)系统地计算了在相对频率为3处的换能器TL-F曲线。结果表明,3db换能器带宽基本上符合腔内声光调制器的要求。最后给出各镀层相对厚度的最佳值和换能器的设计方法。Abstract: In order to simplify technology of thining in manufacture of Acousto-optic Devices (AOD) a way to drive AOD with triple-frequency harmonic is mentioned in this paper. Curves TL-F of transducer at relative freguency 3 for four different film constructions (Sn, In, Sn-In, Ag-In-Ag) are calculated systematically. The results indicate 3 db transducer bandwidths accord with demands of AOM placed in cavity basically. Finally optimum magnitudes of relative thickness of plated layers wnd a way to design transducers are given.
