狭缝规格对透气砖热机械应力的影响
Influence of Slits' Specification to the Thermo-mechanical Stress of Purging Plug

摘要: 为延长透气砖的使用寿命, 对其热机械应力场进行了模拟分析, 确定了狭缝的合理规格.首先根据透气砖工作特点及研究目的, 在适当简化结构和边界条件的基础上, 建立了二维平面应变有限元模型.然后在保持透气砖规格和狭缝分布形式一定的前提下, 研究了狭缝尺寸和数量变化对透气砖热机械应力场的影响.研究结果表明, 透气砖的高应力区集中于狭缝端部很小范围, 应力变化较大的区域位于狭缝四周.缩短狭缝长度可降低透气砖的整体热机械应力;有限增大狭缝宽度可以降低狭缝端部热应力;增加狭缝数量可以降低其端部热应力, 但会造成透气砖其他区域热应力的增大.Abstract: For extending the life of purging plug, its thermo-mechanical stress fields were simulated to determine the reasonable specification of the slits.Firstly, based on the working properties of the purging plug and the purpose of research, its two-dimension plane strain finite element models were built by simplifying the structure and the boundary conditions of it.Then holding the line of the purging plug's specification and the form of the slits' distribution, the influence of the slits' sizes and numbers to the thermo-mechanical stress distribution of purging plug was studied.The results show that the areas of higher thermal stress of purging plug locate in the ends of the slits, and the areas that the stress changes drastically are around the slits too.Shortening the length of the slits can reduce the whole thermal stress that the purging plug suffered;prolonging the width of the slits definitely can reduce the stress on its ends too.Increasing the slits' number can also reduce its ends' stress, but it can increase the stress of the other areas either.
