Abstract: Based on the the air-condition design plan of the Cultural Commercial Building in Zhongguancun, Beijing,comparing the technique parameters and the economic of former air conditioning system to the supercold air distribution system the economic analysis and technical comparison is completely based on the real data.The paper indicates the super-cold air distribution system can deduce initial capital investment and running cost.
