Abstract: The dynamic model of phenolic resin polymerization procees is too complex to describe with prcise mathematical model and no general efficient control method can be performed satisfactorily. In order to solve the fuzzy contrrol rules, bassed on the experience we summarized from masters operating the chemical system in the factory. The result of system simulation shown that the fuzzy controler is feasible and easy to realize in engineering.
