环形电流在非均匀磁场中的漂移

    Drift of Circular Current Loop in Inhomogeneous Magnetic Field

    • 摘要: 从非均匀磁场对于圆电流作用力的观点,运用矢量方法分析了非均匀磁场中作拉摩旋进的荷电粒子在垂直于磁场方向的漂移运动,得到的结果中包括熟知的由磁场梯度决定的漂移速度,并得出另一个与磁场旋度有关的新的漂移项,其对于分析磁约束中的高温等离子体的漂移不稳定性将有所帮助.

       

      Abstract: The drift of particle guiding centre in inhomogeneous magnetic field is discussed by making use of the average magnetic force on an equivalent circular current loop,and a model for Larmor gyration of a charged particle.Consequently two drift speed components perpendicular to the magnetic field is presented through the way of three-dimensional vector arithmetic,including the familiar term of grad B drift and an extra drift term caused by▽×B,which will be helpful to realize the drift instability of the high temperature fusion in magnetic confinement.
