金属型铝铸件表面质量的研究

Investigation on Quality of Permanen Mold Casting’s Surface on Aluminium Alloy

摘要: 用板状试样研究了形成光滑铸件表面的一般规律,提出了合理的涂料层结构及浇注、冷却条件,通过几种典型铸件试制,表明铸件表面粗糙度容易达到0.8~1.6μm,得到了满意的结果。

Abstract: General rules about forming smooth surface on a casting have been investigated with plate samples. Pouring and cooling conditions and reasonable structure of a coating are proposed. Some typical castings have been produced with satisfactory results. The roughness of the castings, with ease, reaches to a level of Ra0.8~1.6μm.
